I've got some noisy tappets at the moment on my "2004 Hyundai Getz CDX 1.1" and wanted to adjust them up. Can anyone fill me in on the gap that I need to set them to?

Also, my car's been fairly inefficient since I changed my spark plugs, on my model what should the gap be on them?

hi all, my wife has just bought a 1.3 gsi getz. its a 2002 with 49k miles on it. has been driving it for about 200 miles then she phones me to tell me there is an amber engine light come on the dashboard. she didnt get a manual with it.... have tried looking online with no success. any ideas???

Hy I have a Hyundai Getz 2005 4 door Automatic, my rear left power window wont work, but the other ones work ok.

Does anyone know if its only one fuse for all the windows ? or an idea what the problem may be.

It wouldnt be such a hassle if the window was up but it was down when it stopped working and seems to be no way of getting it up.

I have a 1.4 L Getz and done only 700 Km. I recently filled it to the brim and did so again after 432 Km where it took 41.2 L (almost a whole tank.)

I thought roughly 430 Km to (almost) a tankful isn't very impressive. That translates to 9.5 L / 100 Km or for those from another planet, 24.7 MPG.

I just cleaned my MAP with CRC sensor spray and my 2001 Accent runs with more power and it shifts much better. For some of you have not done it, the spray was about $7 at Schucks. Be careful prying off the MAP though.

I have just bought a new "ebony black" Getz 1.1L which seems to pick up scratches remarkably easily and I would like to know if this is a general problem with hyundai.

I have always driven ford cars before and comparatively they are less prone to this problem.
