I've got an 02 Santa Fe with the auto-dimming mirror. The tension that keeps the mirror in position has gotten loose, so the vibration from the road causes it to slowly move downward while driving.

Is there a way to tighten this up? Do I need to remove the mirror from the windshield to do this? (because, I can't even seem to figure out how to do that!)

- Timing belt change
- Tensioner
- V-ribbed belt
- Belt-V Power
- Belt-Balance
- Spark plugs
- Spark plug wires
- Brake fluid flush
- Power steering flush
- Wheel rotation/balancing
All done at Hyundai service center.
The thing is now the engine sound has totally changed....

i tried to find some kind of DIY for doing my left lower ball joint on a '03 3.5 liter Santa Fe 4x4, and could only find this:



it refers to using a special tool to remove the lower arm bushing. are there any other choices to get around this, or is there a better DIY (with pics) out there?

Hello. I recently got a new stereo installed in my 2003 Santa Fe GLS. The OLD stereo I had in there was slightly larger than the standard double-din, so they had to cut some of the panel out. Now, with the NEW stereo in there, you can see the cut-out part of the panel.
