I am not sure if the (motor)heater of my car (Hyundai Pony) works. Last night it was minus degrees and my car was connected to a power supply by a wire.
In the morning when I started up the engine it hardly woke up, so I am now wondering if the heater is working at all.
When I connect the wire it won't give me any sound or noise (it has never given) so it is impossible to test that way.
The power supply is working: I tested it with my electric razor :)

Can you give me any other solution to test the heater, pleaese!

I think he means the block heater. Plug it in and it keeps the engine block warm. A block heater and fuel dosed with anti-freeze are required to start an engine at ~-30C or colder.

Plug it in. Wait 10 minutes and feel around the bottom of the engine block. If it isn't warm, it isn't working.
