It seems that Owen Koh is no longer the CEO according to Michelle, the person
I spoke with today at the Hyundai customer assistance center in Utah.
She did not know the name of the new CEO.

I now have a case number and I am supposed to go to
my dealer and have them evaluate my 040 shocks.
We shall see! :P
