For sale are thermal phenolic intake manifold spacers for the 00-05 Hyundai Accent 1.6 dohc. These are just like the one hondata sells but are made from a different phenolic material. Drop the temperature of your intake manifold dramatically and free up horsepower from the colder intake charge these spacers will give you. You can e-mail me at boostedbeast@verizon.net for order details or pm me.

$45 SHIPPED!!!!

ok i guess you missed the point...i will explain. these are spacers not gaskets. You install these and they will drop your intake temperature dramatically. You use 2 new intake gaskets which are about $4 each and install this inbetween and you will gain power by having a colder intake manifold which means cooler air entering the engine which in turn creates more horsepower and better performance

take the intake manifold off buy 2 new gaskets and reverse one then put the spacer in between the gaskets and bolt the intake manifold back on. I had a customer do the first test and a diy article on the spacers. I will also supply the 3 new intake bolts needed for the install.

this is a peformance part I had cnc machined for the 1.6 dohc Accent's. You guys wanted performance parts for the Accent's and I had a simple yet very useful part made and no one wnats to buy them. Check hyundaiperformance.com and read the replies from buyers in the for sale section in the same thread.
