 94 Model Hyundai Sprint Help, more power

ive decided to turbo my hyundai excel sprint...
just wondering would it be wortj it ive got about 10k to spend and im not swaping engines out...
would the engine built properly take a decent amount of boost..
what type of turbo should i use...cheers guys
