Starts fine in the morning or after its sat for a while, but after it's warmed up (a couple miles or so) it will stall when I stop for a light. So I push it to the side of the road and wait 30-45 minutes and it starts right up, but if I get on the freeway it will go for hours till I get off or hit traffic.

Could it be the CKP or maybe fuel pump... or?

Yup, it was the CKP... Easy fix, one bolt. This seems to be a common problem with these models. If you're having intermittent stalling problems just check your CKP with an ohm meter, mine was over 800 ohms but should have been between 500-600.
