Recently on a trip to Flagstaff AZ, going up a long hill with a 7% grade. The VC just shut off. Wouldn't restart after 15 mintues. Called the roadside service and got towed to a dealership in Flagstaff. Fault code indicated fuel starvation. Tech tells me if I have 1/4 tank or less in tank and at that incline carputer thought I was out of gas so it shut off the engine. Anybody else have this issue yet?
Tech also told me to disconnect battery for 10 secs, reconnect then it should reset the sensor and let me keep going. Not a good deal with 1/4 tank left eh???

There is a recall that may involve your vehicle that involves similar symtoms. You may want to let them look at it and see.

Great info, I wasn't aware of this and wasn't contacted by my dealership about it. Thanks, I do appreciate it.

Only certain VIN number ranges are included in the TSB, and yours may not fall in that range. That could be one reason the dealer may not have contacted you. I'd still pay them a visit about it though.
