I bought a Hyundai Getz car from www.gortanoto.com seller from Turkey. After buying this car, I went to the service 2 times. In the first time, the reason was traffic accident. They didn’t want to repair the car because the the insurance company of the car which hit me from the back side of my car was not in their supported insurance company list and they told me to go to another service. Then I went there. But the new service said me this is weird, because any of the services doesn’t support any insurance company, we will repair your car with your kasko policy (my own insurance) than your kasko company will get the money from the other insurance company. Then they repaired my car.

The second visit was today to the www.gortanoto.com service. My car’s alarm was running unproperly, but it runs there properly. Then I said ok, if it runs again unproperly, I can bring it to you again. Then, my car’s km is 5000km and I asked the service consultant that my car needs any periodic maintanence or not. He said me yes, you need to change the engine oil. But the other service which I went before for the traffic accident had told me that I don’t need to any periodic maintenance for my car in the 5000km. I remind this to the service consultant and he said “ok then go to that service, you are very irksome customer.” Then he wanted to hit me and sweared. All the service workers came, he was attacking me as an animal, the workers was holding him very difficult. I got on my car and went out. I complained this event to the local Hyundai customer services, but I also wanted to inform you about it.

After the first visit, I had talked with the marketing guy and he had told me that they also had problems with the service departments. My event was not the first or last event in that service.

Now, I request from you, please check your international sellers and services. There are lots of workers in your services and sales departments who are very disrespectful, impolite and dangerous. I know you are a very big company but you need to clean your company from these people.

welcome to the forums :00000732: .....your written english is exelent for a turkish speaker........what you have told us is alarming to say the least, may advice to you is to write a letter to hyundai's head office in your country telling them what has happend and the find yourself another official hyundai dealer that you can trust. l don't know about the laws in your country even though l have been there several times, but elsewhere what has happend to you would be classed as a physical assault and the offender would be arrested and charged
