Just my opinion, but I don't think it's worth it to go to the hassle of equipping an accent with a turbo, power i just not the highlight of the car.
However, the Accents are lightweight and they have decent suspension geometry. I'd look into getting some new shocks and springs. Swaybars will also improve the feel of the car.
Plus, you could get full race suspension, poly bushings, and more for the cost of a turbo kit or custom setup. And when you pop your hood there's nothing to get in trouble for.
Ksport sells coilovers for the accent, they are not really an established company though. If you want to get springs separately then Eibach makes lowering/performance springs.
