We received a bulletin last week, and I thought I'd share the information since there has been so much speculation...

Production of the Tau V8 Genesis is set to start August 18, 2008, with vehicles arriving in dealerships sometime in September.

Start saving up your pennies... lol.

There's no doubt in my mind that the volume (if we can call it that) sale for the Genesis will be the V6, more than enough power at a much lower consumption.
But I also see shades of Azera in the marketing, not much from hyundai, all the hoopla comes from the media, will we have an encore?

They may be waiting for the V8 to hit the showrooms before they start the official Hyundai advertising push. I don't think they want to advertise something that's not completely available.
